Hocus Focus incorporates the art of magic in the classroom to help students improve cognitive, motor, communication, and social skills while developing their creativity. Drawing on over 30 years of professional experience in the entertainment industry and more than 10 year working in special education, the Hocus Focus lessons have been designed, implemented, and evaluated by educators, occupational therapists, and speech language pathologists across the U.S. The program focuses on approaches that weave together academic content, presentation, and performance by tapping the innate curiosity that lives inside each of us thereby motivating students to become more engaged in their learning.
